Service Agreement

  Scope of Work. Halden Landscaping LLC ("Provider") agrees to perform the landscaping and lawn care services described above for the Client at the agreed price. Any additional work requested beyond the stated scope will be quoted and approved separately before work begins.

  Payment. Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. A $25 late fee may be applied to invoices unpaid after 7 days.

  Cancellation. Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.

  Weather & Delays. Provider reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment failure at no penalty. Provider will notify Client as soon as possible and reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

  Property Access. Client agrees to provide clear access to the service area on the scheduled date, including unlocking gates, removing vehicles, and securing pets. Provider is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

  Property Damage. Provider carries general liability insurance and will make reasonable efforts to avoid property damage. Client must notify Provider of any known hazards (buried pipes, sprinkler heads, cables, etc.) before work begins. Provider is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

  Satisfaction Guarantee. If Client is not satisfied with the quality of work, they must notify Provider within 24 hours of service completion. Provider will return to correct any issue at no additional charge. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free return visit.

  Client Equipment Use. If Client has checked the equipment discount box above, Client grants Provider permission to use the listed equipment during service visits. Client certifies the equipment is in safe, working condition. Provider is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues with Client-owned equipment.

  Military Discount. A $10 discount is available to verified active duty military members and veterans. If the military discount is combined with the equipment discount, the total discount is $15 off (not $20). Discounts are applied to the agreed price at the time of quote confirmation.

  Photos & Marketing. Provider may take before/after photographs of the property for portfolio and marketing purposes. If Client does not consent, they must notify Provider in writing before work begins. No identifying personal information will be shared.

  Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice (text or email is acceptable). Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

  Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between both parties.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. This document serves as a binding contract upon signature of both parties.
